PalmPay is a Pan-African fintech company currently operating in Nigeria, Ghana, and expanding to other markets in 2023. We’re reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to get financial services (Merchant Acquiring, Digital Lending, etc).

The Pre-sale support executive, Merchant Acquiring will work with the sales team, upload on-boarding documents, draft PI, confirm payment, work with Finance, compliance, warehouse to support the sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for collecting required documents from customers, then upload to internal system for compliance to review. 
  • Responsible for drafting PROFORMA INVOICE after onboarding finish.
  • Responsible for confirm payment and follow up Finance department.

Qualification & Required Skills:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Banks / Fintech / PSP.
  • Excellent communication skills, reliable and full of passion.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • English must be working level.
  • Quick response, time management skill and organized
