Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) with strong recruitment expertise to support our growing fintech organization. This role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring that hiring needs are met with top talent while also supporting broader HR initiatives. The HRBP will balance recruitment priorities with employee engagement, performance management, and compliance, making a direct impact on organizational growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, with a strong focus on recruitment and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design and execute hiring strategies that meet business needs.
- Partner with line managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment support: sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
- Assist in implementing performance management processes (evaluations, coaching, and feedback).
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
- Provide HR reporting and insights on recruitment metrics, attrition, and workforce trends.
- Contribute to HR projects and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting operations, sales, or collections teams.
- Exposure to recruitment analytics, employer branding, or workforce planning.
- HR certification (e.g., CHRP) is a plus.
