Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Operations Officer / Senior Officer to manage core HR operational functions with a strong focus on attendance management, HR database administration, and employee lifecycle processes. This role requires strong proficiency in Excel and data handling, along with the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across HR operations. The incumbent will also support employer branding initiatives and contribute to delivering seamless employee experience.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Operations Officer / Senior Officer to manage core HR operational functions with a strong focus on attendance management, HR database administration, and employee lifecycle processes. This role requires strong proficiency in Excel and data handling, along with the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across HR operations. The incumbent will also support employer branding initiatives and contribute to delivering seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Attendance & HR Operations Management
- Manage and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of attendance data
- Address discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
- Support daily HR operational activities and administrative processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high accuracy and confidentiality
- Generate HR reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Ensure proper documentation and data integrity across all HR systems
- Support data-driven decision-making through timely and accurate reporting
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documentation
- Manage and track employee probation assessments, ensuring timely evaluation and confirmation processes
- Handle and maintain promotion and increment data, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
- Maintain organized records of all employee lifecycle transactions
- Respond to employee queries related to HR operations
- Ensure HR processes are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes
- Assist in executing employer branding initiatives and engagement activities
- Support recruitment campaigns, internal communications, and HR events
- Contribute to enhancing employee experience and organizational culture
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management
- Experience in managing attendance systems and HRIS
- Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
- Exposure to employer branding or employee engagement initiatives is an advantage
