Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business units in executing HR initiatives and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. This role will work closely with line managers to address employee concerns, drive engagement, and support overall business objectives in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- Serve as the HR point of contact for assigned departments
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases
- Assist in implementing performance management processes (evaluations, coaching, and feedback)
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for hiring requirements and onboarding support
- Help drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in HR reporting and tracking of basic metrics (attrition, attendance, etc.)
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role
- Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or financial services industry is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience supporting operations, sales, or collections teams
- Exposure to employee engagement or HR analytics
- HR certification (e.g., CHRP) is a plus
Working Conditions:
- Work Setup: 5 days onsite per week
- Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PM
- 5 FTE needed (The role will be assigned to North Luzon, South Luzon, Central Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao)
