Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Taxation Specialist to manage and ensure compliance with local tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, with added advantage in handling international taxation. This role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file accurate and timely local tax returns (e.g., VAT, withholding tax, income tax)
• Ensure compliance with all BIR regulations and local tax laws
• Handle tax assessments, audits, and correspondence with tax authorities
• Monitor updates in tax regulations and implement necessary changes
• Assist in tax planning and risk management strategies
• Support financial reporting related to tax provisions
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors on tax matters
• Assist in handling international tax concerns (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in local taxation
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR compliance
• Experience in international taxation is a plus
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
