We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office, and providing necessary support to employees.

Job Description:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure the office is running smoothly.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, such as parties, celebrations, and conferences.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
