PalmPay is a pan-African fintech company currently operating in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania and expanding to Bangladesh market. We are reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to transfer money, pay bills, and shop online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; respond to inquiries and provide information when appropriate.
  • Handle and log all incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and documents.
  • Maintain and update the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
  • Ensure the front desk, lobby, and waiting area are always neat, organized, and presentable
  • Provide directions or assistance to visitors, candidates, or clients within the premises
  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and interview slots for departments
  • Maintain confidentiality while dealing with inquiries, calls, and documents.
  • Monitor and control access to the office premises by coordinating with security personnel
  • Maintain front desk supplies and request replenishment as required.
  • Announce guests and ensure proper coordination with relevant employees for meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of welcome kits or refreshments for guests and new joiners
  • Support HR/Admin with event coordination, internal communication, and travel logistics as needed.
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repair, and service-related issues.
  • Support logistics and arrangements for internal meetings, training sessions, or company events.
  • Help with onboarding logistics, including ID card issuance, workstation setup, etc.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments for administrative support.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Honors in any Discipline 
Experience Requirements:
  • At least 1 year in a similar field
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
  • Should be Presentable, polite, and confident in communication.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
