Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and candidate communications professionally and timely.
- Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and other sourcing methods to attract talent.
- Maintain recruitment databases and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
- Assist in employer branding and candidate experience enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in an international or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and local labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
