About This Role

We seek a motivated HR Officer to join our dynamic Fintech Company during an exciting transformation phase. This role offers rare exposure to organizational recovery and change management that typically takes years to experience and also exceptional career development opportunities in a fast-paced environment with direct senior leadership exposure.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with policy implementation.
  • Manage all employee and consultant payroll processes.
  • Oversight of administrative processes and schedules. 
  • Handle employee inquiries and support workplace engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to organizational development projects and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with overseas management team on HR matters.
  • Bridge communication between local operations and overseas management.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years HR experience, preferably in fast-paced environments. exposure to change/growth environments will be a huge advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Essential Qualities:
            High adaptability, emotional resilience, learning agility, problem-solving mindset,
            pleasant disposition.
  • Skills:
            Great communication | strong MS Office proficiency & tech savviness | adaptability | great                negotiation abilities | attention to detail | good knowledge of Ghanaian Labour Law.
