Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager – Marketing & Operations to manage and deliver projects across marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and internal initiatives. This role will own end-to-end project coordination—from planning to execution—ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and serves as the central coordination point between marketing, operations, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
Plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects across marketing and operations.
Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Track progress across all workstreams and ensure readiness for launch milestones.
Marketing Campaigns & Go-To-Market Execution
Coordinate campaign and launch activities with marketing, design, content, and external vendors.
Support go-to-market execution, including approvals, asset readiness, logistics, and timelines.
Ensure campaign execution aligns with brand standards and business objectives.
Events & Activations Management
Manage end-to-end execution of events, activations, and promotional programs.
Coordinate vendors, venues, logistics, branding materials, and on-ground execution.
Ensure smooth delivery and post-event reporting.
Operational & Internal Initiatives
Manage projects related to employee or customer benefit programs, internal initiatives, and operational rollouts.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Leadership for smooth implementation.
Track outcomes and ensure alignment with company policies and goals.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and external partners.
Manage third-party vendors, agencies, and suppliers, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Track project status, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve issues.
Prepare regular project updates and reports for senior management.
Document processes, learnings, and best practices to improve future project delivery.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Experience
7+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or campaign/event management.
Hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns, launches, and events.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Experience in startups, fintech, tech, or fast-growing organizations is highly preferred.

High attention to detail with a strong execution mindset.
Strong problem-solving and risk management capability.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms.
