The Sales Officer will drive customer acquisition by promoting Flexi MFB’s loan products to individuals and small businesses within assigned territories. The role requires active field engagement, identifying potential customers, educating them on loan offerings, assisting with applications, and ensuring the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets through effective relationship management and market outreach.


Key Responsibilities
  • Approach and engage potential customers in markets and business areas
  • Educate customers on available loan products and benefits
  • Assist customers with loan applications and onboarding process
  • Meet daily and weekly loan disbursement targets

Requirements
• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• Must be comfortable working in the field (markets, shops, business areas)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates must either reside in Abuja
