Job Responsibilities:

Conduct compliance risk assessments and provide compliance advice for various overseas business activities and credit products, including mobile installment and other lending-related services, in alignment with business goals and legal/regulatory requirements.
Develop and continuously improve compliance policies and procedures, including anti-money laundering (AML) processes, to streamline operations while effectively controlling compliance risks.
Provide compliance consulting and support to business and functional departments; assist in delivering compliance-related training programs.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or related roles within financial institutions or payment companies;
Candidates with lending compliance experience are preferred.

Additional Requirements:

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills;
Capable of thoroughly understanding legal support needs and key compliance risk points in business operations.
Excellent communication and execution abilities;
Able to complete tasks efficiently and summarize key findings clearly.
