Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen our footprint in the Philippine fintech ecosystem.

This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution, requiring a solid understanding of fintech products, regulatory frameworks, and client relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across fintech verticals (payments, e-wallets, lending)
  • Build and maintain a strong, sustainable sales pipeline

Partnerships & Account Management

  • Establish and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, fintech partners, and enterprise clients
  • Lead end-to-end deal cycles, including proposals, negotiations, and contract execution
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth

Market & Regulatory Alignment

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity within the Philippine fintech landscape
  • Ensure all initiatives comply with regulations set by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams on regulatory matters

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align solutions with market needs
  • Provide insights and feedback to support product innovation and enhancements

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in CRM systems
  • Track KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline metrics
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and insights for leadership

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 3+ years in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close complex and high-value deals
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Communication: Excellent command of English and Filipino, with strong presentation skills
  • Preferred: Experience in fintech (payments, lending, digital wallets) is a strong advantage
