PalmPay is a leading fintech company committed to providing innovative payment and consumer finance solutions that make digital financial services more accessible, safe, and rewarding.We are expanding our presence in the Philippines through mobile installment programs for Transsion brands (Tecno / Infinix / Itel), enabling consumers to enjoy flexible and affordable financing options.Current company seeking a a strategic and results-oriented Head of Partnerships to drive and manage key business alliances in the device finance sector in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and managing partnerships with retailers, fintech companies, banks, and distributors, with prior experience in Home Credit, Salmon, Billease, or PayJoy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives in device finance.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, fintech partners, and financial institutions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive mutual growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to design co-branded or joint offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, revenue contribution, and market impact, providing insights to senior management.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and SLAs, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to continuously enhance partnership strategies.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and key stakeholder meetings.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with at least 5 years in device finance, consumer lending, or fintech.
  • Proven track record in building and managing high-value partnerships.
  • Prior experience in Home Credit, Salmon, Billease, PayJoy, or similar organizations is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine device finance and consumer finance ecosystem.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
