PalmPay is a leading fintech company committed to providing innovative payment and consumer finance solutions that make digital financial services more accessible, safe, and rewarding.We are expanding our presence in the Philippines through mobile installment programs for Transsion brands (Tecno / Infinix / Itel), enabling consumers to enjoy flexible and affordable financing options.Current company seeking a a proactive and experienced HR Supervisor to oversee and manage human resources operations for our device finance business in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR management within consumer finance, retail lending, or fintech environments, preferably from Home Credit, Salmon, Billease, or PayJoy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company objectives and Philippine labor laws.
  • Support talent acquisition, ensuring the sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates for various functions.
  • Monitor and manage employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Assist in performance appraisals, employee development programs, and succession planning.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, BSP guidelines, and internal policies.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on HR-related matters.
  • Support HR reporting and analytics for senior management to drive data-informed decisions.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in HR supervisory roles.
  • Prior experience in Home Credit, Salmon, Billease, PayJoy, or similar consumer finance/fintech organizations is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
