We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong network across hotels or restaurants in Nigeria, and to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and merchant acquisition. You will drive direct sales and channel partnerships, onboarding both accommodation and dining businesses to adopt our POS terminals and PWT service.

You will drive direct sales and channel partnerships, onboarding both accommodation and dining businesses to adopt our POS terminals and PWT service.
- Identify and approach decision-makers (hotel GMs, finance directors, owners; restaurant managers, owners, F&B directors) to pursue new business opportunities across assigned regions and sectors.
- Negotiate and close agreements to place POS terminals in hotels and restaurants.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline across Nigeria’s hospitality industry.
- Develop channel partnerships with hotel management companies, restaurant associations, and procurement agencies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective merchants.
- Monitor and analyze merchant performance to ensure consistent engagement and growth.
- Negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of B2B sales/business development experience in Nigeria’s hotel or restaurant sector (hotel operations, restaurant management, F&B, or fintech serving these verticals).
- Proven track record of scale: Must have personally onboarded at least 20 establishments combining hotels and restaurants.
- Success case volume: Demonstrated ability to generate or manage ₦ 800M+ annual transaction volume (GMV) from hotel and restaurant clients.
- Existing network of hotel owners/GMs and restaurant owners/operators in Lagos, Abuja, and other key cities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
- Experience with international hotel brands (Hilton, Marriott, Radisson, Transcorp Hilton, Eko Hotels) and popular restaurant chains (e.g., The Place, Debonair’s, Chicken Republic, Domino’s, or high-end standalone restaurants).
- Previous role as Hotel GM, Restaurant Manager, or F&B Procurement Manager.
- Familiarity with digital payment solutions, fintech products, POS operations, and merchant management.
- Strong problem-solving ability and resilience in handling client challenges.
