Job Responsibilities:

1. Complete the sales targets and other tasks set by the company, develop the market for mobile installment business, and be responsible for the performance results.
2. Capable of independently developing new customers and exploring potential customer needs.
3. Develop sales plans based on customer needs, communicate and negotiate with customers, and reach cooperation agreements.
4. Responsible for collecting and organizing sales channel information, making preliminary judgments based on investigations and initial reviews.
5. Linkage between the middle and backend systems to promote product improvement and enhance business processes.

Job requirements:

1. More than 1 year of experience in mobile phone sales or financial product sales, with sales management experience preferred.
2. Strong market development ability, able to independently operate and negotiate projects.
3. Have good customer demand analysis and solution design skills.
4. Having certain team leadership skills and strong teamwork spirit.
5. Has strong learning ability, active thinking, and strong innovation ability.
