We are expanding our presence in the Philippines through mobile installment programs for Transsion brands (Tecno / Infinix / Itel), enabling consumers to enjoy flexible and affordable financing options.

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent across operations, sales, collections, and support functions. This role requires experience in high-volume hiring within fintech, lending, or financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Support high-volume hiring for operations, sales, collections, and back-office roles
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Partner with agencies and external vendors when needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2–4 years of recruitment experience
• Preferably with experience in fintech, lending, banking, or device financing industry
• Experience in volume hiring is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Preferred:

• Background in loan, lending, collections, or device financing companies
• Female candidates are preferred for this role
• Experience working with recruitment agencies is an advantage
