The Sales Operations Support role provides operational, analytical, and system support to Fintech sales teams, ensuring accurate reporting, smooth agent onboarding, and effective coordination of sales activities. Key Responsibilities •MaintainandmanagesalesandagentdataacrossCRMandfintechplatforms. •Prepare daily and monthly sales, transaction, and performance reports. •Support agent onboarding documentation and KYC verification processes. •Track sales KPIs, transaction trends, and agent performance metrics. •Coordinate with Product, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams. •Support sales incentive tracking and reconciliation. Key KPIS •Accuracy of sales and transaction data •Timeliness of reporting •Agent onboarding turn around time Qualifications & Skills •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or related field. •1–3yearsexperienceinsalesoperationsorfintechsupportroles. •Strong Excel skills; CRM or dash board experience is an advantage. •High attention to detail and data accuracy.
