We’re looking for a Product & Operations Manager to support product launches, improve processes, coordinate with HQ, and train Sales & Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Test product processes and support new product/feature launches.
- Identify product and operational issues and coordinate with HQ for resolution.
- Prepare training materials, SOPs, FAQs, and user guides.
- Conduct product and process training for local Sales and Operations teams.
- Prepare and manage marketing and sales materials, such as flyers, posters, and product introductions.
- Collect feedback from frontline teams and support product/process improvements.
- 3-5 years of experience in Product, Product Operations, or Sales Operations.
- Experience in fintech, consumer finance, or smartphone retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good English communication skills.
