We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support to strengthen our fintech sales team. This role ensures seamless application and onboarding processes for clients, coordinates with Product and Sales Operations teams, and provides day-to-day issue resolution. By equipping the sales team with the right tools, processes, and resources, the Sales Operations Support Associate plays a vital role in enabling business growth and delivering a smooth customer journey in a fast-paced digital finance environment.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, particularly on application and onboarding-related concerns.
Coordinate with Product and Sales Operations teams to ensure smooth application and order processing, tracking, and completion.
Handle day-to-day issue resolution and escalation management, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.
Support sales enablement by ensuring the team has access to fintech-specific tools, processes, and resources to achieve business targets.
Monitor and track application workflows, identifying bottlenecks and recommending process improvements.
Maintain accurate records and reports on application status, issue resolution, and operational performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital processes and enhance customer and partner experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles.
Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or financial services is strongly preferred.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or fintech sales management tools is an advantage.
