Position Overview The Key Account – Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for developing and managing high-value B2B partnerships, particularly with MFIs and other strategic channel partners. This role focuses on complex partnership negotiations, relationship management, and ensuring successful execution of strategic cooperation initiatives. The position works closely with senior stakeholders and plays a critical role in expanding new business channels for PalmPay Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with major and mid-to-large MFI clients
Lead complex B2B partnership negotiations and close cooperation agreements
Identify and develop new B2B and third-party partnership opportunities
Work closely with department leadership to design partnership models and business proposals
Coordinate contract negotiation, signing, and partner onboarding
Ensure smooth execution and follow-up of partnership initiatives
Monitor partner performance and drive continuous business growth
Act as the key point of contact for strategic partners
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or strategic partnerships
Prior experience working with MFIs, fintech, telecom, or financial services is preferred
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Experience handling complex contracts and partnership structures
Result-oriented mindset with strong ownership
