Position Overview:
The Merchant Onboard Officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of new merchants onto the platform. This includes overseeing the document verification process ensuring that all submitted documents are authentic, accurate, and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.

Job Description:

Merchant onboarding, verify the documents to ensure that document verification processes adhere to all compliance regulations and anti-fraud measures.
Verify and validate merchant information and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding new merchants onto the platform, ensuring all necessary documentation,
Collaborate with the technical team to assist in the seamless integration of merchants onto the platform.
Prepare Merchant Service Agreement & coordinate with merchant for the signing process.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with merchants throughout the onboarding journey.
Track and monitor merchant onboarding progress to ensure timely activation
Prepare reports for management on onboarding progress, merchant feedback, and any roadblocks encountered.
Work closely with cross departments to ensure smooth hand off of merchants after the sales process.

Experience and skills:

1-2 Years of experience
Graduation from Business or relevant field
Experience of working in the Fintech industry is a plus
