We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR team in Bangladesh. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, select, and onboard top talent to support PalmPay’s rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience with recruitment tools, and a passion for delivering a seamless candidate experience.
- Assist the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Post job advertisements across job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and coordinate assessments.
- Ensure smooth interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position PalmPay as an employer of choice.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate regular hiring reports.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with Bangladesh labor laws and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in fintech, NBFC, banking, IT Companies, or fast-paced industries.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and working in high-volume hiring environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/recruitment tools.
- Fluent in Bangla and English.
