Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Interview Coordination
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Prepare interview materials and assist in interview logistics
Recruitment Operations
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases
  • Post job openings on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, company career page)
  • Assist in preparing job descriptions and job advertisements
Employer Branding Support
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Engage with candidates on social media and professional platforms
Reporting & Administration
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline)
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Collaboration
  • Work with HR and hiring managers to understand team needs and assist with onboarding or reference checks.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of recruitment or HR operations experience — preferably in a tech/fintech or BPO environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken); Filipino/Tagalog is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS/HRIS tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-time-zone setting.
