MERCHANT ACQUIRING

1. Acquire all kinds of merchants in all sectors
2. Nurture and groom merchants to drive productivity
3. Reduce churn rate and increase optimization.
4. Key accounts merchants' developments

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

1. Manage people within your territory
2. Create potential for growth and development for reporting staff members.
3. Leadership trait
4. Maintain cordial and respectful relationships with business partners, merchants and prospective merchants

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in Business Development within PTSP/Fintech or related roles, with a minimum of [2 years] in a managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• In-depth knowledge of POS services, payment processing, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
