About the Role
Palmpay is hiring POS Retrievers to help recover faulty, inactive, or recalled POS terminals from merchants/agents, update records, and return devices safely to our service centers.

Available Locations:
Oyo, Ogun, Nasarawa, Lagos, Kano, FCT Abuja, Rivers, Delta, Edo, Kogi, Kwara/Ilorin, Kaduna, Ondo, Niger.

Key Responsibilities

Retrieve POS terminals from merchants and agents.
Confirm device details and update records.
Ensure safe handover of devices to the operations/technical team.
Communicate politely with merchants and follow company procedures.

Requirements

Minimum SSCE/OND.
Prior experience in fieldwork, operations, or customer service is an advantage.
Must be trustworthy, attentive to detail, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Basic smartphone usage for logging and reporting.
