We are reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to transfer money, pay bills and shop online. We are seeking for a proactive and results-driven Senior HR Business Partner will operate as a strategic liaison between HR and business leaders, ensuring HR initiatives support organizational goals. This role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The Senior HRBP oversees HR programs across departments or business units, coaches managers, and provides expert advice on employee relations, HR compliance, and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior business leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives and business plans.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to managers and employees, fostering development and engagement.
  • Drive talent management initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development programs
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends, evaluate workforce performance, and recommend improvements
  • Lead or support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and process improvement
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise (COEs) and global HR functions to implement HR policies, programs, and compliance measures
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labour laws.
  • Support training, development programs, and employee engagement initiatives in alignment with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in fintech and banking industry.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret business metrics and translate them into effective HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Experience in change management, organizational design, and HR project management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis, MS Office Suite, and reporting tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
