Position Overview

We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, statutory compliance, and payroll reporting for our Pakistan team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Pakistan payroll rules, tax structures, and HRIS systems, with 3–5 years of hands-on payroll experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute accurate monthly payroll for all employees.

  • Process attendance, leave, overtime, benefits, deductions, and incentives.

  • Ensure compliance with Pakistan tax laws, EOBI, social security, and labor regulations.

  • Maintain up-to-date payroll records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly payroll reports for HR and Finance teams.

  • Support internal/external audits with payroll documentation.

  • Address employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Coordinate salary disbursements and statutory payments with Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

  • 3–5 years of payroll experience, ideally in fintech, NBFC, telecom, or multinational sector.

  • Strong command of Pakistan payroll laws, taxation, EOBI & social security processes.

  • Proficient in Excel and HRIS payroll software.

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
