Availability: Preferable candidates who can start IMMEDIATELY
✅ Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management: Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs; manage employment records, contracts (DOLE-compliant), and offboarding.
✅ HR Operations & Compliance: Administer SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, and payroll coordination with Finance; ensure adherence to Labor Code, DOLE advisories, and data privacy (NDPR).
✅ Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as first-point-of-contact for employee queries; support conflict resolution, performance management frameworks, and engagement initiatives (e.g., wellness, recognition).
✅ HR Systems & Process Improvement: Maintain HRIS (e.g., BambooHR or local alternatives); propose process efficiencies and documentation standards.
✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with managers on staffing plans, succession planning, and organizational development — especially as PalmPay scales in PH.
✔️ 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment (fintech, banking or tech preferred)
✔️ Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE requirements, and HR best practices
✔️ Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
✔️ Tech-savvy: Comfortable with HRIS, MS Office/Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., DingTalk)
✔️ Proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented — able to balance policy rigor with people-first judgment

Qualifications & Competencies:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field✔️ 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment (fintech, banking or tech preferred)
✔️ Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE requirements, and HR best practices
✔️ Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
