Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning for the Nigerian Market:
Thoroughly understand the Nigerian market, including culture, business practices, regulations, and develop and execute partner marketing strategies tailored to the local market.
  1. Establishing Local Partner Relationships:
Build and maintain local partner relationships in the Nigerian market, collaborate closely with local businesses, institutions, and communities, fostering cooperation to achieve common business objectives.
  1. Cultural Sensitivity and Communication:
Utilize excellent understanding and communication skills specific to the Nigerian market, ensuring all partner marketing activities align with local culture and regulations, facilitating effective cross-cultural communication.
  1. Market Trend Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze trends and competition in the Nigerian market, provide the company with strategic advice regarding the local market, and compile detailed reports on partner marketing activities.
  1. Local Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Ensure all partner marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and requirements in the Nigerian market, staying informed and adhering to local policies.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in partner marketing or a related field, with a preference for candidates with experience in the Nigerian market.
  3. Excellent understanding and communication skills specific to the Nigerian market, with the ability to effectively collaborate with local partners.
  4. Cross-cultural work experience, understanding the business culture and social context of the Nigerian market.
  5. Familiarity with the Nigerian market's digital payment and electronic currency industry, possessing relevant industry knowledge.
  6. Strong teamwork and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  7. Strong data analysis skills, capable of making data-driven decisions to ensure the success and ROI of activities.
