- Recruit, train, and manage ground promotion sales executives
- Conduct daily morning and evening meetings to assign targets and review performance
- Divide territories and combat grids to maximize field execution
- Break down monthly sales targets into daily execution plans
- Develop and manage third-party agencies with strong ground promotion capability
- Expand dealer and distributor resources from non-Transsion and new channels
- Monitor team productivity, discipline, and sales performance
- Ensure timely reporting and achievement of sales results
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, field sales, or market expansion roles
- Proven experience managing ground sales teams and third-party agencies
- Strong execution, monitoring, and team leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
- Willingness to travel extensively for field operations
