Overview
As a Business Development Agent (BDA), you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for expanding the reach of PALMPAY within university communities. Your role will focus on recruiting, onboarding, and supporting student ambassadors who will, in turn, onboard new users to PALMPAY. You’ll act as a bridge between our program and university students, ensuring a vibrant and engaged student ambassador network that drives app downloads and user engagement.

Experience: Prior experience in campus outreach, ambassador programs, or sales/marketing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard motivated student ambassadors across assigned universities.
- Engage with student leaders, influencers, and clubs to find ambassadors who are well-connected within their campus.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new ambassadors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Provide ongoing support to ambassadors, sharing promotional materials, key app features, and troubleshooting any challenges they may face.
- Actively promote PALMPAY within the university community.
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts on campus (student organizations, societies, etc.) to support ambassador activities and promote PALMPAY’s benefits.
- Monitor ambassador performance.
- Identify top-performing ambassadors.
- Collect feedback from ambassadors on user experiences and challenges faced during onboarding.
- Relay critical insights to the program manager to support improvements in the onboarding process and user experience.
