Responsibilities:
- Drive Team Performance: Achieve overall team targets by owning lead distribution rates and sales conversion rates. Continuously optimize lead qualification efficiency and resource utilization.
- Develop & Coach: Create and implement effective call scripts/sales playbooks. Train and mentor team members to enhance communication skills, productivity, and execution quality.
- Execute Strategy & Reporting: Implement team management policies and incentive programs.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience: 2+ years managing tele-sales teams (10+ members), preferably in financial services.
- Leadership Profile: Innovative mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
- Results-driven work ethic with strong accountability
- Excellent cross-functional communication abilities
