Responsibilities:
 
  • Drive Team Performance: Achieve overall team targets by owning lead distribution rates and sales conversion rates. Continuously optimize lead qualification efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Develop & Coach: Create and implement effective call scripts/sales playbooks. Train and mentor team members to enhance communication skills, productivity, and execution quality.
  • Execute Strategy & Reporting: Implement team management policies and incentive programs.

Requirements:
 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience: 2+ years managing tele-sales teams (10+ members), preferably in financial services.
  • Leadership Profile: Innovative mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven work ethic with strong accountability
  • Excellent cross-functional communication abilities
