Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our fast-growing fintech team. The ideal candidate will handle core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration.
- Contribute to HR process improvement and culture-building efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within fintech or tech-driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor laws.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
