PalmPay is an emerging markets-focused fintech company currently operating in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania and expanding to other markets in this year. We’re reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to transfer money, pay bills and shop online.
As a Product Associate at PalmPay, you will play a critical role in the development and integration of our fintech products. You will collaborate closely with the tech team, sales and credit teams, and the business team to ensure smooth and effective communication and track the progress of product/system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the integration process of fintech products with internal systems.
• Work closely with the tech team, sales and credit teams, and the business team to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
• Track and report the progress of product integration projects, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the integration process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between different teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
• Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, changes, and outcomes.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of product integration processes.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience working with fintech products.
• Strong understanding of fintech industry and products.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
