Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company's staffing needs. If you are passionate about finding the right people to help us achieve our goals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Utilize various channels (social media, job boards, networking, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and phone screens to evaluate qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Promote PalmPay as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives and strategies.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Hiring and similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience in Fintech, Financial Institution is preferred.
