Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Utilize various channels (social media, job boards, networking, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and phone screens to evaluate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Promote PalmPay as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives and strategies.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Hiring and similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience in Fintech, Financial Institution is preferred.
