Role Overview
The Regional Manager (RM) for BNPL In-Store Model is responsible for leading, managing, and expanding the company’s in-store BNPL operations within the assigned region. The RM oversees shop onboarding, promoter performance, dealer relationships, sales growth, product visibility, repayment compliance, and operational excellence across all partner stores. The role requires strong leadership, field supervision, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset to ensure consistent growth and operational efficiency.

The RM oversees shop onboarding, promoter performance, dealer relationships, sales growth, product visibility, repayment compliance, and operational excellence across all partner stores. The role requires strong leadership, field supervision, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset to ensure consistent growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with store owners, supervisors, partners and supervise all in-store sales promoters within the assigned region.
- Ensure stores/promoters meet company standards for space allocation, branding, and engagement and resolve dealer complaints and escalate critical issues promptly.
- Ensure promoters adhere to daily check-in/check-out procedures, reporting standards, and code of conduct.
- Implement sales coaching, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions where necessary.
- Monitor product sell-through, inventory levels, and turnover rate.
- Track sales performance using dashboards and submit performance reports timely.
- Monitor repayment performance and overdue trends for all in-store sales.
- Ensure promoters follow proper KYC, documentation, and customer screening guidelines.
- Submit daily/weekly reports including sales, foot traffic, promoter activity, revenue performance, and challenges.
- Ensure accurate documentation of in-store customer information and device tracking.
- Provide insights on market opportunities, competitor presence, and consumer behavior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years in retail operations, BNPL, telecom, FMCG, or financial services.
- Proven experience in managing field teams or promoters.
- Strong understanding of retail sales and credit processes.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Sales-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
- Ability to analyze data and interpret performance metrics.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and digital reporting systems.
