PalmPay is a leading fintech company committed to providing innovative payment and consumer finance solutions that make digital financial services more accessible, safe, and rewarding.We are expanding our presence in the Philippines through mobile installment programs for Transsion brands (Tecno / Infinix / Itel), enabling consumers to enjoy flexible and affordable financing options.Current company seeking a a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Specialist to manage administrative operations for our device finance business in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting operations, sales, or finance teams in consumer finance or fintech.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to operations, sales, collections, and finance teams.
  • Manage office operations, documentation, and record-keeping, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management and team members.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards as required by management.
  • Support onboarding, HR coordination, and employee record maintenance.
  • Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of operational documents and records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and partners for administrative needs.
  • Assist in process improvements and workflow optimizations across departments.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in device finance, consumer lending, or fintech operations.
  • Experience in Home Credit, Salmon, Billease, PayJoy, or similar companies is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office management tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
  • Knowledge of Philippine office and regulatory compliance standards is a plus.
