PalmPay is a leading fintech company committed to providing innovative payment and consumer finance solutions that make digital financial services more accessible, safe, and rewarding.We are expanding our presence in the Philippines through mobile installment programs for Transsion brands (Tecno / Infinix / Itel), enabling consumers to enjoy flexible and affordable financing options.Current company looking for a highly experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead our device finance business in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consumer financing, mobile device financing, and fintech solutions, with a deep understanding of the Philippine market, regulatory landscape, and consumer behavior. Experience in companies such as Home Credit, Salmon, Billease, or PayJoy is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for device finance products across retail and online channels in the Philippines.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with device distributors, retailers, fintech partners, and financial institutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments within the Philippine device finance ecosystem.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales KPIs, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize product offerings and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine regulations, BSP guidelines, and internal policies for consumer lending and financing operations.
  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and key stakeholder meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in device finance or consumer lending.
  • Proven experience in Home Credit, Salmon, Billease, PayJoy, or similar consumer finance/fintech companies.
  • Deep knowledge of the Philippines consumer finance and mobile device financing market.
  • Strong track record in driving sales growth, managing large teams, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the Philippines.
