Job Summary: To support our rapid growth and data-driven culture, we are looking for a Data Analyst who will play a key role in delivering actionable insights across our collection team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with risk teams to understand their data needs and provide timely insights.
Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that support key business decisions.
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that track business performance, user behavior, and risk indicators.
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sales funnel and suggest data-backed improvements.
Support risk analysis related to credit performance, fraud detection, repayment trends, and user segmentation.
Translate data findings into clear business recommendations and present them to senior management.
Work with cross-functional teams to define key metrics, design experiments, and validate hypotheses.
Ensure data quality and consistency across different data sources and reporting systems.
2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fintech, financial services, or startup environment.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Solid understanding of data analysis, statistical concepts, and business KPIs.
Experience working with data from CRM systems, loan management platforms, or sales/risk tools is a plus.
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
