Job Responsibilities:
  • As the head of the company's treasury operations in the Philippines, you will comprehensively lead local financing strategies and collaborations with financial institutions. You will possess strategic thinking and strong external representation skills, becoming a key contact person for the company's local capital markets.
  • You will be responsible for deeply integrating resources from banks, investment institutions, and family offices to drive the expansion and implementation of the company's financial business in the Philippines.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financing Planning and Execution: Based on the company's overall strategy, formulate financing strategies and capital operation plans for the Philippine market; lead the connection and cooperation with banks, investment institutions, funds, family offices, and other institutions; and promote the establishment and optimization of diversified financing channels.
  • Senior Business Development and Relationship Maintenance: As the company's senior representative in the Philippine financial market, responsible for high-level communication and relationship maintenance with local and international financial institutions, investors, and regulatory agencies to enhance the company's financial influence and brand awareness in the region.
  • Capital Cooperation Negotiation and Implementation: Leading cooperation negotiations with financial institutions and investors, including key aspects such as clause design, structure building, and agreement signing, to ensure high-quality implementation and continuous optimization of cooperation projects.
  • Market Insights and Strategy Output: We provide in-depth insights into Philippine and regional financial policies, market dynamics, and capital flows. In conjunction with the company's business development, we offer forward-looking financing suggestions and innovative cooperation models to support the company's strategic decision-making.
  • Local Resource Integration and Team Empowerment: Leverage local resources and networks to integrate key resources such as banks, investment institutions, and family offices, empowering the company's localized financing capabilities and enhancing the team's professionalism and execution in the capital sector.
  • External Representation and Brand Building: As the company's key external representative in the Philippine market, attend high-level conferences, industry forums, and government and regulatory communications to convey the company's value and enhance its reputation and influence in the regional financial community.

Job Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or above, with preference given to candidates major in Finance, Economics, Management or related fields. An MBA or overseas study background is a plus.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial institutions, investment firms, or corporate financing, including at least 2 years in a senior management position in the Philippines.
  • Industry Understanding: Proficient in the Philippine and regional financial market environment, financing tools, and regulatory policies; possesses practical experience in cross-border capital operations, structured financing and project financing.
  • Resources and Network: Possesses extensive high-level connections with local Philippine banks, investment institutions, private equity funds, and family offices, enabling rapid implementation of capital-related collaborations.
  • Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen: Demonstrates a holistic and strategic perspective, capable of designing and driving systematic capital-related strategies from the perspective of the company’s overall business, and possesses business acumen and innovative thinking.
  • Communication and Influence: Excellent high-level communication and negotiation skills, possesses the presence and ability to represent the company externally; able to build trust and influence in complex environments.
  • Self-Motivation and Resilience: Exceptional self-motivation and execution capabilities; able to independently advance work under multi-tasking and high-pressure conditions; adaptable to frequent external communication and networking.
