Account Executive BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later)
PalmPay is a pan-African fintech platform transforming digital payments and financial access. We are expanding our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services through our PayGo product, and we’re looking for driven, customer-focused professionals to help scale this solution.
As a BNPL Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving PalmPay’s PayGo growth by acquiring, managing, and growing merchant and partner accounts. You'll work closely with retailers, vendors, and customers to promote flexible payment options, ensure product adoption, and hit commercial targets.
Job Responsibilities:
1、Customer Training and Maintenance
Responsible for product training for new and old customers to ensure that customers are proficient in related operations.
Regularly arrange employees to visit customers, maintain good customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collect customer feedback, optimize service processes, and improve customer experience.
2、Inventory Management
Monitor self-operated inventory, manage inbound and outbound inventory, and ensure accurate inventory data.
Coordinate supply chain and logistics departments to optimize inventory turnover efficiency.
Regularly analyze inventory data and make optimization suggestions.
3、Sales Data Processing
Responsible for the collection, organization and analysis of daily sales data and the generation of sales reports.
Track the achievement of sales targets and assist in formulating sales strategies.
Ensure data accuracy and provide support for management decision-making.
4、Customer Problem Handling
Timely respond to and resolve customer questions and complaints about products, services, orders, etc.
Coordinate internal resources to promote efficient problem solving and improve customer satisfaction.
Record and analyze customer problems, optimize service processes, and reduce the occurrence of similar problems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of sales or account management experience, ideally in fintech, telco, or consumer lending.
- Strong experience managing B2B relationships, especially with merchants or agents.
- Understanding of BNPL or retail credit solutions is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a growth mindset and willingness to work in the field.
- Proficient in CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
