Job Summary
We’re looking for a Product & Operations Manager to support product launches, improve processes, coordinate with HQ, and train Sales & Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Test product processes and support new product/feature launches.
Identify product and operational issues and coordinate with HQ for resolution.
Prepare training materials, SOPs, FAQs, and user guides.
Conduct product and process training for local Sales and Operations teams.
Prepare and manage marketing and sales materials, such as flyers, posters, and product introductions.
Collect feedback from frontline teams and support product/process improvements.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Product, Product Operations, or Sales Operations.
Experience in fintech, consumer finance, or smartphone retail is preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good English communication skills.
