ROLE SUMMARY
The Sales Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering fintech-focused sales and product training programs to improve agent, dealer, and sales team performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and deliver training on fintech products, agent acquisition, and transaction growth.
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training for sales teams and agents.
• Train teams on KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop training materials, job aids, and digital learning content.
• Measure training effectiveness and post-training performance impact.
• Support field coaching and ride-along training sessions.

KEY KPIs
• Training completion and certification rates
• Post-training transaction growth
• Training feedback and effectiveness scores

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or  related field.
• 2–4 years experience in sales training within fintech, telecoms, or banking.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of digital financial services and agent networks.
