ROLE OVERVIEW
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the effective management, administration, and optimization of PalmPay’s Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring seamless HR operations, data integrity, and system efficiency.
This role requires a tech-savvy HR professional with strong analytical skills, HR systems expertise, and experience in supporting HR digital platforms. Knowledge and experience in DingTalk administration will be a significant advantage, as PalmPay leverages DingTalk for collaboration, workflow automation, and HR process management.
The HRIS Analyst will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure systems are well configured, integrated, and optimized to meet the needs of a rapidly scaling, multinational workforce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HRIS Administration & Support
- Manage day-to-day operations of HR systems, including configuration, security, user access, workflows, and troubleshooting.
- Act as the primary system administrator for HRIS platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and minimal downtime.
- Serve as DingTalk administrator, managing user profiles, permissions, workflows, approvals, and integrations with HR processes (attendance, leave, payroll, etc.).
System Optimization & Process Automation
- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes through system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement new features, modules, and system enhancements.
- Ensure HRIS supports scalable processes aligned with PalmPay’s global expansion.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain data integrity across HR systems through regular audits, validations, and updates.
- Generate accurate and timely HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR leadership and executive management.
- Support compliance and decision-making with reliable workforce metrics.
Training & User Support
- Provide HR system support to employees and managers, resolving queries and issues promptly.
- Conduct user training sessions and create guides/manuals to improve system adoption and efficiency.
- Act as the liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors for issue resolution and system upgrades.
Compliance & Security
- Ensure HR systems comply with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, NDPR).
- Manage system security, role-based access, and audit trails.
- Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure all HR system activities meet regulatory requirements.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR technology, or HR operations.
- Strong working knowledge of HR processes and systems (payroll, performance management, recruitment, time/attendance, etc.).
- Prior experience with DingTalk administration is a significant advantage.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or other high-growth multinational companies preferred.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Dingtalk or similar applications).
- Great knowledge of Google Suite, including Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and other online dashboard tools.
- Strong skills in Excel, data analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to configure, test, and optimize workflows and HR process automations.
- Knowledge of HR compliance requirements, especially data security and privacy.
