Sales Operations Officer

Monday - Saturday
The Sales Operations Support role provides operational, analytical, and system support to
Fintech sales teams, ensuring accurate reporting, smooth agent onboarding, and effective
coordination of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
•Maintain and manage sales and agent data across CRM and fintech platforms.
•Prepare daily and monthly sales, transaction, and performance reports.
•Support agent onboarding documentation and KYC verification processes.
•Track sales KPIs, transaction trends, and agent performance metrics.
•Coordinate with Product, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams.
•Support sales incentive tracking and reconciliation.
Key KPIS
•Accuracy of sales and transaction data
•Timeliness of reporting
•Agent onboarding turnaround time
Qualifications & Skills
•Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, or related field.
•1–3 years’ experience in sales operations or fintech support roles.
•Strong Excel skills; CRM or dashboard experience is an advantage.
•High attention to detail and data accuracy.
