Core Responsibilities
1. Monitoring of Existing Process Data
○ Identifying and resolving anomalies through data monitoring
○ Optimizing processes with data analytics
○ Producing regular service performance reports.
2.Mapping out Automated Process
○ Analyze customer inquiry trends, pain points, and service bottlenecks to identify directions for process optimization.
○ Design and optimize customer service process. Aim for full automation to reduce reliance on human resources.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Experience
○ 1-3 years in fintech/digital operation, with focus on customer service.
2. Hard Skills
○ Skilled in Office software
○ Excellent analytical skills and data-sensitive.
○ Proven expertise in analyzing and optimizing end-to-end processes.
