We are reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to transfer money, pay bills and shop online. We are seeking for a proactive and results-driven Product Operations Assistant will play a vital role in assisting the product management team with various tasks and projects related to the development, launch and maintenance of products. This role is essential for bridging the gap between different departments, facilitating communication, and optimizing product performance. By handling key operational tasks, the Product Operations Assistant enables the product team to focus on strategic initiatives and drive the company's success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Product Strategies: Assist in creating and implementing product roadmaps.
  • Coordinate Product Launches: Work with various teams to ensure timely product releases and updates.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Track and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support Lifecycle Management: Handle documentation and reporting throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication: Ensure smooth collaboration between product management, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Conduct Market Research: Perform competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Prepare Training Materials: Develop resources for product training and user documentation.
  • Manage Inquiries: Provide outstanding support to both internal and external stakeholders regarding product-related questions.
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, public relations or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a product management or product development role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be Ugandan.
