We’re reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to transfer money, pay bills and shop online . We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our partner's mobile phone retail team. As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the phone shop. You will assist customers with product selection, explain device features and plans, and close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Promote and sell mobile phones, accessories, SIM cards, and service plans.
  • Provide accurate product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Demonstrate and explain the features of new and existing phone models.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and processing of sales transactions through the POS system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including merchandise displays.
  • Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies, offers, and promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries professionally and escalate issues when needed.
  • Perform stock checks, assist in inventory control, and participate in stock audits.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Prior experience in mobile phone sales or retail sales is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-facing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile accessories, and telecom services.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a persuasive attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
